I just wanted to let you know what a spectacular employee you have in Steve Miller in your Iowa office. Steve helped me move a car for a client. The client had left the car in Orlando NINE MONTHS before and needed it moved to Virginia. It is a long, complicated story, but at each juncture Steve took it upon himself to problem solve, follow through on every aspect, deal with my company and that of the towing company. The client twice changed the destination plans for delivery (always within the state of Virginia but two different locations as the very last minute). Steve was unflappable. He got the job done in the most efficient and manageable way possible. I used E-Z Autoshippers in the past for moving another client\'s car from Washington, DC, to Florida. Next time I won\'t even have to bother with competitive quotes.
