Ma'am

The pickup and delivery of my Mercedes apparently went well
this weekend. I'm just writing to make sure that there is nothing
outstanding  for me to handle.
 

I also wanted to thank you for the level of professionalism
and care  that you showed in my situation. I believe that you were
exceedingly  understanding and forthright.

I will definitely be recommending your company to other
soldiers and  officers who find themselves requiring auto transport.
